She is the Evil Nun. That's not always been the case. When she was young she was a good citizen in a remote town in Poland. She had a happy life with her daughter Elisa but then World War II started and destroyed her family. She fled from her country and turned into a nun in Eagle's Junior High School to get over her daughter's death. But she couldn't get over this fact and soon she started doing crazy things to try bring her back...

Gummy was once a normal chicken, he is one of Sister Madeline's experiments, created to bring Sister Madeline's daughter back to life, at first glance he is quite cute and friendly until he reveals the big mouth hiding in his belly

Mr.C is simillar to Gummy, he was also a normal chicken that turned into a mutant because of Sister Madeline's experiments, he is very strong.

Rostel just like Gummy and Mr.C was a normal chicken that turned into a mutant because of Sister Madeline's experiments, he is very skinny so that makes him really fast.

The plot of the game takes place between Evil Nun 2 and Evil Nun Rush. The year is 1941, 12-year-old William Bismarck is sent to Eagle's Junior High School because of his bad behavior, and as punishment he will have to spend 5 nights in the company of the nuns who teach at the school. One of the nuns, Sister Madeline, is acting strangely, her eyes glowing red and she is holding a giant hammer in her hands. Terrified, William flees to the School Shop, locks himself in, and prepares to fight the possessed nun. He has to survive 5 nights and then escape from school! (the game is not canon with the original storyline)
