The story is very nice but the part i dont get is why does undyne go crazy?

This is an undertale alternate universe that takes place 20 years after a neutral run where Frisk only kills Papyrus. Undyne goes crazy and destroys the human souls, in doing so, Asgore kick Undyne out of the Royal Guard. Sans goes crazy after destroying Frisks soul. You will now fall to your very own death...
