There is quite a few glitches in game.
To name the ones I found
Some of the tiles can be walked on when they shouldn't. (Forest and some wall tiles)
The escort quest is a bit broken. (After adding her to the party her sprite doesn't disappears and when you come back you can pick her up again.)
Minor complaints:
Mike is using a female sprite while his sister is using a male sprite.
Main character's mom looks like she is younger than himself.
Asking to transport to the next area instead of just doing it
Other than all that
Visually speaking it appears you are good at map making. (World looks great)
I can't really say much about the game storyline wise because there isn't much content to critique but if you were to add some more I might be able to have an greater opinion on what you are trying to do here.

It won't run on Win.7 32-bit
