I have been thinking is it illegal to make a flappy bird copy where you kill the flappy bird... like shoot the flappy bird or something

The game itself is designed well. However I found it to be a little bit too easy. Perhaps increasing the speed will do it justice! Other than that, Well done.
A friend told me to make my own version of flappy bird, so i did... With a cube instead of a bird...
