Lore:
Dr. Kevlar. Oh Doctor Thomas Kevlar. The head at the robotics and works in the laboratory at Hydro Laboratories. Thomas Kevlar is the top of the robotics division by far. The man has made advances in robotics that would have taken decades for others to solve. Mr. Kevlar has made robot servants a modern thing in every household that would except that. Of course when there is an advance in science someone has the idea that the science is wrong. Wrong in multiple different ways that is. As in 2+2 does not equal 4, but in this situation there are people that do not see the robots as robots but as humans because of the almost human like Artificial Intelligence or AI for short that Dr. Thomas Kevlar made for them to have the humans in which allow them to be in their homes to be more comfortable with. Now, some may disagree saying “I don’t need a robot with an Ai system to help around the house.” My answer for that would be don’t you think that a new parent should be able to get sleep as the robot which you bought takes care of it don’t you want a loving and caring body for the child as a babysitter. The AI system in which Dr. Kevlar developed allows that to happen. So when you need delicate things done you have another pair of hand for it. Now. More modern times come, Dr. Kevlar was contacted by the U.S. government since he built a loving and caring AI system they wanted him to make a killing one. A AI in which that could be used for war. The casualties and loss of human life for the U.S. would be almost zero, Dr. Kevlar could save thousands even hundred of thousands of lives. But, he refused. The government not to pleased to this answer but accepted it, for a time, but we will get to that later. Dr. Kevlar continued his advancements in the industry for 3.5 years after this interaction occasionally getting visits from different governments asking for the same treatment and he replied to all of them the same as the U.S. Kevlar did continue his advancements ahead of anyone’s schedule and brought an age of AI bots helping humans everyone’s dream right? Wrong. Kevlar didn’t have the best idea when it came to security so ever so often when a hacker is able break into the system can change the emotions of that mech. As Kevlar has a team work on a better security system he worked on what most people wanted him too. A killer mech. Over about a year he advanced a self-contained Mech in Hydro Laboratories. He continued off and on to get the best precision to killing other mechs and humans as possible, The best assassin anything could be, an assassin that could kill anyone, anywhere, doing whatever necessary to get the goal its boss gave. Dr. Kevlar worked on this project solely seeing this as his life’s work the object in which Kevlar could do whatever he wanted without repercussions. Kevlar continued and continued to work on this bot till it was finished, he made changes and changes and after 2 years put solely into this bot he made something he wished he never would have made. He made a sentience and AI that now feels, before the bots could only feel what you told them to and with very limited range. This AI was smart, fast and now feeling, Kevlar realized what he had done. Now, Kevlar had a choice to continue working making this bot better than any ever will be or destroy it before it could do anything. As a scientist and all his life’s work put into this bot he couldn’t destroy it. He continued advancing the bot, the bot even helping Kevlar at turns because of his internet vast knowledge. Eventually Dr. Thomas Kevlar figured out how to make a small area of effect from the bots systems to create a gravity reverse algorithm that the bot could start at their own whim. Now, I want you to think about what this man has down in 15 years he made bots in homes commonplace, was not only contacted by governments not a government, governments. He refused their offers and lived to continue his work and made a robot with sentience and refused to destroy it, this man has made probably century worth of work in 15 years. The bot continued to work with Kevlar seeing him as his father like most new animals or children in the world. Dr. Kevlar tired of calling his creation a mech or bot so he thought of a name with the bot and realized the easiest and most sense making name because of the tricks the mech has, it’s name will be Flip. Flip was a character to say the least. Dr. Kevlar had only so many people help and even know of this work named Flip, I was one of the scientist he trusted but I guess after what happened, the metaphorical cat is out of the bag. Flip when I was there was a joy he was like Dr. Kevlar’s kid running around except this kid could kill everyone in the room with ease and it was six feet tall and had an IQ in quadruple digits. But otherwise it acted like a child. Flip was the most advanced system I ever and will ever work on in my career, nothing will compare to Flip for generations, Dr. Thomas Kevlar was a man of another time and will be the man that advanced us into the future that I will always believe that. Now, back to the story that you guys oh so want. Where was I, oh yeah that’s right. Flip continued to get smarter as time went on even with that 4-digit IQ he already had. Thomas allowed Flip to access the internet but not too much of it with a firewall granted Flip could I took it down hell even I could but he chose not too because his metaphorical dad told him not too. Flip continued to gain information becoming smarter, and Dr. Kevlar wanted to see how smart in which Flip could be, Flip was allowed to hack the FBI to get case files. Dr. Kevlar read those case files and gave Flip the go ahead on the case to solve it, granted Flip couldn’t leave the lab but with the info Flip had could usually get the culprit and call in a tip to who it was. Yeah, we became the FBI for a little bit. Now, granted none of that could leave the lab but I guess after what happened it doesn’t matter anymore. Kevlar had some area with the bio skin made from 3-D printing, so now the only thing left was to make Flip a “body” other than his mech form. Now, this is where the story starts to get serious. Flip realized what his metaphorical father was doing and denied it. He wanted to stay like he was no changes he argued and argued that he could just act like any old bot Dr. Kevlar had made. Flip was right but hiding a bot in society was an idea from the beginning, we wanted to see what we could do. Now, Flip refused stayed away from his father and broke commands but with his sentience he could, he was like any child not following his father’s rules but much scarier. The other scientists and I that worked on Flip other than Thomas (5 of us in total) noticed the grave danger if Flip were to continue breaking commands. It could result in everyone’s deaths very easily. After a few days Flip was in isolation and Thomas wanted to take the next part of the plan forward. Remember when I said we were making a 3-d body for Flip. Sadly that was a lie. Flip was told he was getting a real body but what Dr. Kevlar wanted was to be Flip, take over flip entirely. Dr. Kevlar wanted to be this robot with the intelligence he could have would revolutionize the world, not like he already did but he could do it even further than anyone could possibly imagine. At least that is what he told us. I caught him one day in his office talking on the phone and walked in him ignoring and continuing the call after a time he realized what he was saying and ended the call. He was talking about how he could do anything he wanted mostly about money and power not revolutionizing the world. So, in the end of all the things I went back to the lab where Flip was and had a choice join Dr. Thomas Kevlar in his advancement or stop the train all together. I obviously chose the second part. I went to Flip’s room and tried to talk with him for about half an hour and then I opened the door to his room which is more of a cell at this point in his life. I talked and decided to let him go forced him out and said run. He didn’t believe me but once when the alarms started he looked at me and I said it one last time. “Run, now you fool” and walked out of the lab the front way opening the back door for Flip. Here I am writing in this journal in my last moments. Bleeding because of Dr. Kevlar’s small army. I have been shot 4 times and can’t seem to move my legs a bullet hit my spine. That is the last of this story because everything is going black. To whoever reads this look for Flip. Help him, don’t let him get caught. Thank yo
