DESCRIPTION:
Five Nights at Freddy's: Found Footage is a FNaF fangame that heavily utilizes the "FNaF VHS" analog horror style/format, with a mix of the classic jumpscare horror utilized by Scott Cawthon.
STORY:
"It's been over three years, Michael. You have to let this go-- let him go. These tapes, they mean nothing. I understand your guilt and grief, but if you continue on the path you're going, I don't know if I'll be able to help you. I can't stop you from making a decision you've probably already made, but I can strongly advise against it, which I am. You're not going to feel any better after watching these tapes. I think you know that."
It's been over three years since the incident. Living alone with your father and your guilt you can't escape, you stumble upon something you most-likely weren't intended to find. Your father's not home, you're all alone in your empty house with your bad decisions. And you're about to make another one. You play as a grieving Michael Afton, trying to find a way to stop feeling the guilt and pain from the death of your brother which you directly caused. You found a box of old VHS tapes in the attic, a box labelled "Fredbear's Family Diner security tapes 1983." You feel drawn to them, as if you need to watch them. This won't solve anything. You know that deep down. You should've never opened the box.
CONTROLS:
Gameplay hasn't been finalized, so mechanics haven't either. This section will be updated, but this is what I'm prepared to state:
-Use the mouse to look left and right.
-Click on the buttons on both doors to light up either hallway/close the doors.
-Click on the phone at the start of every night to play a pre-recorded message.
-Use WASD to move during Atari-style minigames.
