It' s pretty much an abstract art toy/ constructor. Cool.
I love the concept! It's really fun for a webtoy, but since I'm rating it as a game, I'm giving it a 2/5. Graphics and controls could be a little better.

Just a simple webtoy. Colour the regions so that no two adjacent regions are the same colour.
Arrow keys to move and x to toggle the colour of the current region.
