From Dark to Light: The Ascension is a cooperative wave survival game where players are spirits trapped in a liminal void—the space between death and what comes after. Lost souls attack you, corrupted and unable to find their way to peace. By defeating them, you don't destroy them—you release them, sending them ascending into the light.

But beware: if you fall, everyone falls. Fail to survive, and all souls—including yours—plunge into the Endless Place, a void with no peace, no journey, no afterlife.
