Why is it not called "Gaming Simulator 2015"?
The "2015" is not included as this game is timeless, it is just as fun and challenging if you are playing it in year 1852 or 2436.
Will there be a sequel?
As of now no sequel is being planned as I can not think of anything that can make another game better than this one, but I might upload new updates like bug-fixes or making the game more visually appealing (if possible).
