In 1993 the Clinton Foundation took over Globland; over 200 years later Globland is still ruled by the Clinton Foundation except under President Bumsack O’Blunga. You play as Bartholomew Globliah XVII, a globster diagnosed with a terminal illness. In an attempt to afford his medical bills he takes to the illegal art of making rock candy.
