Welcome to the legacy archive of Hello Neighbor: Alternative Reality with selected archived alpha versions from over the years.
Alternative Reality began its development in 2019 under its original name "Hello Neighbor: Prototype Art Showcase" before changing to "Alternative Reality" in 2020. The game's development came to an abrupt halt in late 2021 when the project files got corrupted. Without any recent backups at hand, I was forced to delay the game and start from scratch. Development on a "revised" version began in 2022 which lead to become what the game is nowadays.
The versions that are pre-revised era (2019-2021) are labeled as "LEGACY" and the later revised versions (2022-current) are labeled "REVISED".
