Hello Neighbor Depraved Dream

Very unfinished

I've been playing the game for about half an hour. I've been able to discover most of the stuff prior to the basement section -if there's any. However, I've not been able to put the car key in a good use, assuming it's for the car in the garage. Aside from this, I've also not been able to uncover the location of the red key -the one essential for the door at the balcony pointed out with a little red arrow from the top. Is it bugged, or if not, can I be informed on where is the red key?
