What do you think?

there is so much junk on this site. Your game is breath of fresh air. Also kudos to you for using OpenGL.

This felt more like an interactive novel than like a game and thats fine. In fact, I really liked it.

some design issues I had:
interacting with character was done by pressing "e", but I had to press my mouse button to advance the dialogue. This my have been a deliberate choice, but if you want two different buttons for the home and the not home part, why not stay with one input device? Pressing e for home interactions and i for dialogue (or right and left mousbutton) would have made the immersion deeper for me.

Give the player one meaningless decision in the beginning, so he/she knows that there will be decisions. I had to do 3 jobs until I felt like this was a really interactive expirience.

For your first published game this was very cool (good writing^^) and I will look forward to your new projects!

Honestly, i've never been into text-heavy games, but this one huge exception! Beautiful story, a gorgeous soundtrack, and one of the MOST LOVING finales to an indie game i've ever come across. Incredible work! Highly recommend anyone and everyone to give this game a whirl. Also, how were the instruments recorded? The music has such a clear, crisp, and warm sound to it. My playthrough! https://youtu.be/jTnr_DuW36U

Very simple, i love it got sad when it ended i didn't want it to finish. I was very interested in the story. Please add more.

Can we expect a sequel?

Audio doesn't work in the Game Jolt Client and I have no idea why.

A short, simple story about a home and the people who begin to inhabit it.
No real mechanics, just a short story to play through if you wanna chill out for ten minutes.

All art, music and programming was done by me.
Text system is Fungus, a free tool for Unity.
