Hungry Twitch

The indignant users of twitch.tv have grown restless. Their desire to have an uninterrupted flow of communication has grown too strong. As twitch, you must stifle their cries by not allowing any chat messages through to the streamer. Only by weakening their morale can you attempt to gain control of them.
