What do you think?

Such a fun concept! Loved playing this!

It's a Vogon poetry generator!!!

Here are a few of my fav sentences from various monkeys' recent manuscripts:

  • There is no escape. Winter solstice coincided.

  • Your judgment, unless our judgment judged, justified.

  • One Direction lied. Between Living Social, Lady Gaga lead.

  • Without one Justin Bieber, the meat managed.

  • A village financed her friendship.

  • Hillary Clinton, wherever Hotmail halted, hid.

  • From there is no escape. Addicting games.

I saw the picture and thought to myself. WTF is this game. Im going to download it now. :D

This is how I write my school essays.

The Funk

This funk-filled game explores what would happen to the Infinity Monkey/Typewriter Theorem if it had a commercially-biased autocorrect. The 2-button game (for #CloneJamNathalie and #LDJAM #LD34) hooks into Google's search suggestion service to come up with its autocorrections.

The growing body of monkey-submitted manuscripts is viewable here.

Instructions:
Press left shift and right shift to make the monkey's hands hit buttons.
Simultaneously hold down left shift and right shift to submit the manuscript. (See submitted manuscripts)

How to Disable Sticky Keys:
It is inevitable that monkeys' keyboards get sticky. Here's how to disable "Sticky Keys" that happen when you press shift 5 times in a row:

Windows: Go to the Control Panel > Ease of Access Center > Set up Sticky Keys. Make sure the "Turn on Sticky Keys" and "Turn on Sticky Keys when Shift is pressed five times" are both unchecked and hit OK. Screenshot

Mac OS X: Go to System Preferences > Accessibility > Keyboard. Make sure the "Enable Sticky Keys" checkbox is unchecked, and then click on the "Options" button. Uncheck the "Press the Shift key five times to toggle Sticky Keys" and click OK. Screenshot
