Wow, this is really, really good. A bit laggy, but that's excusable given that it's a browser game, and that I'm running other things in the background which could be interfering.
Might I suggest that you have the option to cash in your stars for points, though? It could be an interesting risk-reward system. Do I risk pushing on with only 1 hitpoint left, but with a lot more points if I can survive just a bit longer? Or do I cash in my stars now for extra health? Just saying, but it could make an already neat game even cooler.
Inspace
Zip around in space breaking down asteroids and shooting down alien ships. Engage in periodic battles with alien overlords and collect stars to buy power-ups. This isn't just another asteroids clone, only it is, but more modern.

W / Up Arrow:: Accelerate
