I would've done a playthrough, this game seems really interesting. But as an English speaker -
Text goes by super quick (I am not able to read it in time).
Some text just shows up for 0.00001 seconds.
A lot of text is untranslated.
It would be so nice to have an English speaking narrator.
Some text (Like the one found near the broken tree near the gas station), has some points that don't make much sense in English. (such as the end bit, which is hard to understand)
This game seems to have potential, and looks very nice! I can see that you try and improve it as much as you can. I hope my comment helped!

In the middle of a storm a man is involved in a car accident. When he wakes up he is disoriented and will try at all costs to find help in a nearby gas station. His search for help will take him where no one else has ventured before.Â
