Sorry, but it seems you only uploaded the exe, the game won't run without the required files.
There should be a folder named "Files", numerous dll files (all of them),
userdetails.ini, contents.txt, setup.ini, steam_appid.txt, and visuals.ini in addition to the exe in order to make the game run, you must put them into one zip file (drag your mouse over them, and right click, clicking send to, then "compressed (zipped) folder" then upload that instead in order to get your game to work, otherwise it will lead to an error.
