i can tell you put alot of work into this! i read through your dev note after I died and you have alot of potential. Im assuming you're fully self taught and from one artist to another, its really difficult teaching yourself something. Especially putting it out for other people. Im not a professional judge or anything, but because theres no comments, I wanna share some thoughts
pros:
this is a unique story!! its not serious or anything, but its fun and diffrent
you picked some good music for the arena
i tottally respect the journey in your game making, and if you made all of this yourself in a few months?? impressive :)
working and functional menu with anti alis options and shader settings. WAY more than I expected out so good job.
I liked the tips I got after I died. The dev notes helped explain what was actually going on... but Ill touch on that later.
Overall, you put alot of effort into this, and that is super memorable. I really respect how much time youve put into making other games, promoting this one, animating and shading everything yourself, and not giving up.
cons:
the intro cutscene is way too long, and the same music looping took me out of it a little. I kinda understood what was going on, but some parts were a little strange...
I didnt like having to walk so far after I died every time. Sometimes when I died, I would buffer for a bit and then spawn back in. Having to walk so far after every attempt wasnt fun.
Some cutscene shading made the scene feel confusing, and I lost track of what was happening.
I didnt really know what was going on in the arena. I said earlier that the dev tips on death were helpful, but thats because there wasnt any explination to what the turrets did, or how they spawned.
To my knowlage, I couldnt get any ammo back. I had a set amount of ammo and once I ran out, I had no idea where to get more or if I even COULD get more. If there was, there wasnt ever anything telling me where to get it or what was interactable.
Overall, you're puttin in the work. Making everything yourself ESPECIALLY in video games takes a really long time. The amount of dedication you have is admirable and super fucking sick. Even if theres aspects of this that didnt click and that need work, no ones early stuff is ever perfect. If you keep working, learning how to animate and shade, basically be a one man band until you have more support, its only up from here. Keep at it :)

The most Epic #Overwatch #Parody #FanGame ever made
In Kiriko Shoots donuts you play as #dva against #Kiriko in a #futuristic world full of glowing billboards, Donuts, Wacky enemies such as Gangsta Kitsune's, Giant Donuts with Weapons and much more in the City of Kirikoshi.
Kiriko does not like when anybody touches her donuts, especially not if they hide on their #SpaceStation but not to worry, because Mr. Metal Face dude is on the side of Kiriko as he kinda has a crush on her so he forces Dva to give back the Donuts but Kiriko is already angry so a EPIC fight between the two is inevitable
What are you waiting for? Kirikoshi is waiting for you!
