Mod of the King's Quest 2 1/4: Breast Intentions by Intermezzo Software to feature a Kings Quest 4 1/4 rosella and storyline as she was one of my favorite characters.
Also as a fan game it featured cross-overs of many fav sierra games. So far tweaked the main character in part, logic and text to follow
