What is the game about?

In a fantasy world where adventure calls but survival isn’t guaranteed, Law of the One puts you in the worn out boots of Ayo. A broke mage with nothing but a few spells and the will to carve out a future. This is an RPG or JRPG for everyone, especially if you like memes, anime, funny moments, turn based combat, choices that matter, and a nice fantasy setting.

With no direction and no limits, you’re free to explore, hustle for money, and gather allies as you uncover the world’s hidden stories, cultures, and conflicts.

Who is this game for?

This is for fans of games like Final Fantasy,  EarthBound, Undertale, and just weird/funny games in general. If you like an open world, weird NPCs, different music, choices, and unusual dialogue, this is for you!

Keep in mind!

The game is being constantly updated, so if you notice a bug, feel free to let me know! I've already decided on using a different game maker/engine in the future since the one I used doesn't like to save changes sometimes. ANYWAY! Besides the art and some of the music, I worked on this game for a year on my own, so it's not perfect. I made this during my 15 minute breaks at work, lunches, and any free time I had to make this happen. 

I just wanted to create something fun for people to play after a long day. Being transparent, there are some AI generated images in the game for some of the enemies/NPCs and such. I understand how some people may feel about this, but there are multiple artists on my team who are amazing at what they do, so I hope their work is appreciated since there are a mix of AI and their art as well. I shouldn't have used AI, but most of it (about 95% I suppose) has been replaced/removed as of 11/11/2025.

I did not include any instructions for how the game works because I think that's part of the fun. Maybe you'll figure something out I didn't even know about! But I will at least say this, SAVE YOUR GAME as soon as you start the game. :)
