Underrated gem.
The music is spot on, iconic and memorable.
This reminds me of a game I found which I forgot the name of
Alright, What can I say about this Pre-Demo Release?
I streamed this earlier today and finished it in another stream mere moments from this comment.
And suffice to say, this was...
REALLY boring.
First, let's list the bugs I found before I list what felt boring.
First, if you kill all enemies in a room and the nobody left screen shows and plays, that music plays the entire rest of the playthrough unless you close and reopen the game. Even if you're encountering a new monster in a new room.
Second, the YouFailed enemy is the only one that requires having a higher attack amount. It's confusing, because no other enemy does that.
Now, onto what makes this game boring as heck:
First, its consistant repetitiveness.
For the first few rooms you can only fight the same enemy every single time until its kill counter reaches 0. Later on you do get some diversity but its very late game and that's upsetting.
Second, the consistant attacks.
Now, I think this is just the engine test attacks and I don't know if this is the final attacks or you'll have made actual attacks later, but there were no unique attacks for the characters which just made so boring to play.
Lastly, the music - when you actually get to listen to it, it just sounds like its on an endless loop most of the time until you hear either the beginning or end of the song that would make you realize that it's not looping at all yet. And when it does loop, you realize it's just an awful song.
SO,
Final Review of Pre-Demo:
BORING.
NOT FUN.
3/10 - has cool ideas and writing, but that's all it has going for it.
Spells and Weapons are also cool.

MISANTHROPY 0.8.9
I have begun working on a better and more advanced version of Misanthropy, with an updated engine. With better knowledge of how the engine works, I have started anew, as starting from scratch on this version would be too difficult. THIS IS NOW THE CANCELED, LEGACY EDITION.

MISANTHROPY "The hatred of Humankind."
...Misanthropy can be dangerous...but just how much if it became the embodiment of ones pure hatred for the people that took everything from him...?
Misanthropy is an Undertale/Deltarune style RPG based in a ruined and destroyed world....destroyed by humans. You play as a young man who seems to just BE there...but why?
As the game progresses, you may find secrets and items that hint at the real reason the young man is there. Bloodied notes...toys... ... ...Spirits??
As you journey through the broken and shattered remnants of the lands, you start to realize one thing:
YOU CANNOT ESCAPE WHAT YOU'VE DONE
