Lost is a ghost that is precisely what they are named for.
Unlike other ghosts, Lost is aware of what's around them. Unlike other ghosts, Lost has lost their memories and even the memory of how they died.

To gain back all of the fragments of Lost's memories, you will have to learn all of the ghostly powers granted in this alternate history of shamans, sorcerors, and spirits. Through urban gatherings and woodland batterings, Lost's mystery can be discovered through the help of possessing bodies and minds. Between identity-eating spirits and top-of-the-line steam rifles, you'll need to manipulate every moment of liminality that you can find. Windows, doors, and the unholy can be your guide.

Don't worry--we all only die once. Unfortunately, Lost already did.

This is Liminality: a chance to live, or a horrific finality.
