It's not in English, but I was able to manage and figure it out. Don't expect much, it is a very basic game drawing off the idea of fighting the zombies as the horde gets bigger and bigger. The only sound effects are when the gun fires and when the bullets hit the zombies. You cannot hear the zombies sneaking up on you at all.
