I think you should take your time before releasing another one, so you figure out how to make it overall better than this one. There's a lot to build upon and things to understand.
For a first platformer, though, it could have been much worse. Believe me - My first games with Game Maker have been AWFUL.

Hello. This is my first platformer game. In this game you will have to jump, jump and jump. The Game was developed in 4 days. This is the first version of the game...I will make another one soon ! The game is short..so enjoy this 3 minutes !
Note: In the last level you will have to jump ON the door.
