Snowmageddon was conceived as a boardgame on Wednesday. We chose a hex-grid for the game board and drew from a deck of cards to move around. I decided to make it into a multiplayer game for #Stencyljam17. I programmed a server from scratch and tried my best to replicate the boardgame's mechanics. Think of this more as a boardgame than a normal "video game".
