Neo Oulu

he year is 20XX in the city of Neo Oulu. Crime is rampant. A local skyscraper has been taken over by terrorist and it's your job to clean out the trash. Or not. The gameplay happens on a grid board and is turn based. The player controls a character and the goal is to guide him safely through levels to an exit point. The levels are filled with enemies and obstacles. The player must navigate through a level by either avoiding the enemies or by taking them out with a firearm. If the player crosses the line of sight of an enemy, they will shoot him down.
