Our World DEMO

Hello everybody, Im Daniel Bickerdike. The owner of CorruptionGames and this journey has only just begun. Let me tell you about it.

About a year ago i started up a little project called 'CorruptionGames', it was with a couple of friends who were going to take charge of artwork and i was going to teach one other person to learn Unity and C# like i knew. Unfortunatly they both left to do their own thing...

I decided to take charge under this name and release BeBop, a game which was inspired by Mario and Megaman. The game had high hopes and high aspirations until eventually i realised i could be doing better. There wasnt enough substance to this game so i released it as a DEMO and left it there.

However, i discovered a story i wrote in my spare time one time lying on my desktop, the story was entitled 'Our World', it was about a young man who was suffering from grief, and it showed the different states of the subconcious.

So, i fix up the story, add in some advanced techniques and get started on the game 'Our World', it has gone through multiple stages and reworks, but now i am happy with the artistic direction, the game is already nearly complete. With me staying up for all nighters days on end fixing it up...

And so, here we are.

I have a 2 minute DEMO of the game to really get you in the spirit. I encourage you all to debate about what i am depicting, it will all make sense in due time.
