What do you think?

a nice demo for a nice game. here's a rundown of everything of note that i've spotted while playing, beware of spoilers:
- would be nice if you could hold your mouse on the "-" or the "+" in the settings instead of having to click each time to decrease or increase the volume.
+ i like the usage of japanese language in the game. probably has a symbolic meaning but i'm not well-versed in the tongue to get it...
- i'd place the circle and the tablet a bit further apart from each other. first time i tried to interact with the latter i instead got into the mini-game.
- i don't think pressing S actually heals you... there's no sound cue for it or a visual representation, at least.
+ the shop's "Welcome!" audio and it's music are really nice. the shopkeeper might be a jerk but he looks like a jolly old chap, too. nice place.
+ the material receiver is an interesting mechanic. gives a reason to kill the worms instead of just skipping them.
- since worms respawn you can basically farm materials till you get all the runes. while i loathe grinding so i didn't do that, i'd still vouch for disabling respawn for those wiggly fellows.
+ the mages are very fun to fight!
+ i like the notebook with the hint dropped in the story in describes. nice bit of foreshadowing.
- while the material receiver is nice, it's never explained what buttons to press to use it, so, i found it quite useless...
+ the bomb rune works just like in bomberman lol that's cool
- my playthrough ended in the mines, though, because of a frustrating bug i've run afoul of. after using the yellow key to get the blue key i went back to the mine and spawned outside of bounds, i guess? i could move up and down but the mc was nowhere on the screen. restarting made me enter that hellscape again. what a pity...

to sum all of the above up, the demo is very nice. good, simplistic graphics, nice sounds, well-thought level design, intricate lore, just needs a bit of polishing. i'll be looking forward to the final version. luck be with you :)
