Skateboard Park Tycoon is a game where you get to build and skate your own skate parks in a variety of differnt and unique locations.
The game is planned to have a career/action mode, and a tycoon mode, the action mode would take you around the different locations, doing all sorts of challanges from skateboarding goals like compettions and collecting goals, and tycoon goals like get a certian park rating and a certian ammount of cash in a certin time.
The tycoon mode would be kinda like a freeplay mode, just choose a level, and a couple settings like how much cash you want to start out with, and then build your ultimate skateboard park.
Now the cool part would be not only would you get to build your own park, but also be able to take control of a skater in your park and skate your park.
Not too much has been done on the game so far besides a test level, some items, and some of the scripts for controlling things, but hopfully it can be much more.
The image bellow is a screenshot of the first test level I have made, all modeled and textured by me, only content not mine in the demo so far is just the midi tracks for place holder music, besides that everything else has been done and or put togther by me.
The game obviuslly right now dosen't have much done and this is more a proof of concept, but with more work it could turn into what i'm hoping to make this game into. #action
