I noticed the music files are 64kbps... Quality will be improved.
BUILDS ONLY FOR ARM64 AND ARM32 DEVICES. IF YOU ARE X86, X86_64, ARM, MIPS; SORRY BUT YOU CAN'T PLAY THIS GAME.
When I switched my device language to English, music was playing... I was very surprised and reported it to SEGA. But then I found out that SEGA had discontinued support for Sonic 4 Episode 1 and 2... I am really sad 
This is fixes Sonic 4 Episode 2 Music Problem.
