9 playable songs pulled from various Sonic games are playable levels that get increasingly more difficult in this game, each with their own background based on the location the song originally plays at!

Having trouble on a level? Go to the item shop and use your star medals to buy some emeralds that give you various upgrades to your power meter! (you can also buy characters! but those are only visual.)

Support for custom characters and custom songs! for the 1 person that plays this game and actually cares about this stuff! be warned though, custom characters and custom songs are somewhat buggy as of now.
