Install Instructions - WOAAAAAAAOHHHhhhhh medic scream
unzip the .zip and drop the newmedicdeath folder into TF2's custom folder , which should be "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom"
also this probably won't work in casual
