What do you think?

Quite challenging, very well made. I included it in part 14 of my GBJam 4 compilation video series, if you would like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/Uv-o3_tmSsk

Reminds me of the Super Smash Bros target contest :P

Great idea! I enjoyed playing. I could get addicted to this if you added a bunch of new levels. Get some highscore boards rockin'. If it were up to me, I'd give the player guy a bit more weight. Other than that, brilliant stuff!

The concept is great but unfortunately a bit unwell executed. I love the gameplay but I often ran into a spike and kept on being bounced around in other spikes until I died. The art is great although it feels a little empty and silent for an arena :P It lacks a bit of replayability for a highscore type of game but I had fun playing it :)

Gameplay: 2/5 Very OK. it just feels rushed and with not much to do, even for a jam game. the character plays nice, and the high score system is cool, but with 0 leaderboard support, not all that competitive and 0 replay value.
Graphics: 4/5 foreground is great, backround is just ok.
Sound: 2/5 no music, very minimal sounds
Story: 3/5 Kind of dull, but props for including one.
OVERALL: 2.5/5 needs work.
