Ya I can't figure out what "the word" is supposed to be, anyone else manage to figure it out?

In the game, you will be playing as Hannah, a teenager haunted by the happenings in her family trying to escape from the horrors of her household.
What happened to her, can you uncover all of her mysteries and save yourself from the end, for the End Is getting Nearer...?
