After waking from a coma, a young man cannot remember anything other than his name, 'RUSS'. He seems to be alone, with only a few rooms around him.
Completely alone...
He soon finds out that something terrible has happened. A picture he comes across shows him and another young man smiling and laughing. For some strange reason, he feels like he knows this person...
On the back, he find written in bold red letters, 'TOO LATE'
Despite not knowing anything, he feels a strange sense of panic. He MUST find this man...
As he journeys across strange places, crumbling lands, and relives horrible memories, Russ begins to wonder...

This game is based on loss and grief, the suicide of my older brother, and the trauma and pain that not only I have felt, but also the pain I can only imagine my brother must have felt. No one deserves to suffer alone.
Rest In Peace, Joe. I promise to live the life you never got to live.
