For those unfamiliar with RPG Maker Games... 
Clicking download will give you the compressed game contents! To PLAY the game, simply run the downloaded file (which should automatically uncompress the game contents for you) and then navigate to the folder in which the contents were uncompressed! From there, a dragon-head icon titled "Game" will be present. Double-click it to play, and enjoy the experience!
