This game was so amazing. I cant wait for night 4! The whole time I was on edge, and still getting jumpscared.
Holy night terrors this was good! I find that the level of difficulty is a tad high (or perhaps I'm doing this all wrong!), but the feel of it and the atmosphere and AB's voice are all amazing! I'm super excited to play more of this in the future (and hopefully beat night 1).

STORY
A terrible lab disaster resulted in the deaths of 5 researchers. The sole survivor, JOHN HERRIN, has lost the memories of the disaster, and horrible hallucinations are now torturing him at night.
Eager to learn what happened at their secret research lab on PINETREE ISLAND, the "REVIVEL" company enlists specialist DR. NORBERG to assist with the recovery of JOHN's memories.
While the smiling robot "AB" watches over him, JOHN has to face his hallucinations head-on and try to rediscover the forgotten memories via his dreams. Unable to go against the wishes of REVIVEL, he has no choice but to follow Dr.NORBERG's unusual treatment method.
But the doctor reassures us - "In order to succeed, it sometimes requires one to venture down a grueling path." And sure enough, as JOHN manages to fall asleep and enter his dreams, his former colleagues and locations from PINETREE ISLAND begin to fade into the scene. What happened on PINETREE ISLAND? What led to the disaster? Who's responsible?
All the answers lie within JOHN's memories.
HOW TO PLAY
"Try to Fall Asleep" is a surreal psychological first person horror game. You must overcome your own fears to fall asleep and venture into John Herrin's dreams to relive the lost memories of his mysterious past. The game is divided into 6 nights (4 nights currently released). Each night consists of two phases - sleeping and dreaming.
In the SLEEPING PHASE  you have to fall asleep before the clock reaches 4 am. There's an info panel that displays your current sleep and stress level. By closing your eyes, you can raise the sleep level and fall asleep once the gage is full. The stress level will rise upon witnessing hallucinations. Sometimes these hallucinations can materialize as horrific monsters, and if you don't hide under the blanket in time, they can scare you and increase the stress level to dangerous heights. Keeping your eyes open and turning on the lights can reduce the stress level. Facing the horrific hallucinations and maintaining a proper balance between sleep and stress levels is the key to falling asleep and transitioning into the dreaming phase.
In the DREAMING PHASE you get to relive the events that led to John's current, unfortunate condition. Compared to the sleeping phase, here you can freely roam around and explore the secretive island, and relive the story which led to the inevitable incident. But a dream can quickly turn into a nightmare - from a walk in the woods to escaping nightmarish situations, you never know what horrors will await you. Are you brave enough to face the challenges ahead and uncover the truth? Then fall asleep and venture into your dreams.
