Very nice atmosphere!
Like Hexenwerk says; it really works as a relatable snapshot of the experience of current events.
this could work really well as an intro to something bigger! :3
nice chill ambience that speaks volumes of the crisis in such a quiet and subtle way.
Your game feels like a snapshot of the current situation. I like interactive stories in this playable format. Could have been a little bit more interactive though - the dialogue with grandma was rather annoying with these floating texts, which is sad, because it could have been a nice conversation. Edit: a little bug: When I used the red square emoji in the text chat, it was displayed as a white box. The other emojis worked just fine.
Although the phone conversation especially could do with the text going by a bit faster, I did rather enjoy the relaxed pace of it all and the different conversations and chats you had put in.
The character design is really nice.
Maybe I'm missing something (a mechanic or an input), but I didn't understand what to do with the floating messages. They can't be skipped and they last quite long, it was hard not to lose focus and interest.
Sun is going down, another day of confinement is ending as her cigarette is burning.
Her phone is her only way to check on her relatives.
Play as her, learn more about her life and send messages to people!
