Nico Bennett has been hiding a secret.

A slow spreading infection contracted  from his father's workplace, the APCA (Anomaly Phenomena Containment Agency), a clandestine facility dedicated to studying otherworldly "Anomalies."

When Nico's condition finally deteriorates, he and his twin brother Luca are rushed to the facility for emergency treatment. But something goes horribly wrong.

A catastrophic containment breach rips through the facility. The staff vanishes without a trace. Four deadly Anomalies escape into the darkness. And Nico's infection now exposed, accelerated, and agonizing, begins its final, irreversible course.

Separated from safety and hunted by entities that defy comprehension, Luca must navigate the ruins alone, with only one lifeline: Nico's voice in his head, guiding him through the chaos.

Luca has to trap Anomalies, solve  puzzles, and survive long enough to find a cure before his brother is lost forever.

Face four unique Anomalies, each with their own behavior, weaknesses, and rules. 

Use a growing arsenal of gadgets, stun trappers, burning lights and more to slow, weaken, and contain the entities hunting you.

The deeper you go, the more gadgets you unlock.
