Heres an idea, how about the main character's name is Aiden (btw its not my real name) and when he beats the game 5 times (or you can choose) he gets an item called "inter-dimensional phone," and it basically acts like the D6. I also got some ideas for the bosses, lenetat (a boss that shoots you and you have to dodge and shoot them back while it summons any thing you want it to) and Naxxremis (you can choose what it does :)
