The protagonist falls into a dungeon during a war of one state, split into two sides, one of which is against people, and the other for. The first chapter is dedicated to the ruins, in which the side that is for people is located, the ruler is Toriel. But hard times have come in the ruins, the uprising that has arisen (which is supported by the side ruled by Asgore, which is against people), led to a blockade of the ruins, and later to a full-fledged war. The player finds himself in the territory captured by the army of Asgore, and his primary task is to break through to the city through opponents, traps and puzzles.
