WHY, SONIC, WHY
Just another day saving the world from Dr. Eggman, what could possibly go wrong?... That's what Sonic thought. Due to his stubbornness, Sonic left Tails to certain death under the rubble, naively thinking that Tails had escaped with the help of his tails. Dr. Eggman manages to activate the base's self-destruct mechanism at the last moment and escape, while Sonic hastily leaves the base, thinking that Tails is already waiting for him there. But, when the base explodes, Sonic realizes that Tails was trapped in rubble and couldn't get out on his own without help. So, did Tails die, or not?... Filled with pain and betrayal, Tails returns to Sonic's dreams, but not as he was before. He tormented Sonic's mind, accusing him of betrayal, and this continued until Dr. Eggman returned to Green Hill, once again threatening the safety of the world. But, this is not end yet.
