SONIC: FORGOTTEN is a Sonic.EXE type fan game about a forgotten character, I guess.

The game mostly takes place in a beta build of Sonic The Hedgehog 1 and CD, which is part of a SEGA CD project known as the "SEGA CD Re-code Project"
