Review:
Overall: Pretty interesting, needs more work.
Art: A thin outline or something to help the interactuables/characters/etc would improve a lot the visibility.
Mechanics: Pretty nice! The fact that you spray from your butt and you can NEVER see your butt is a bad idea. If the camera was not that close to the skunk that would help. You could also change the mechanic so you face the tree and pressing the button rotates the model so the butt faces the tree and then it sprays automatically.
I enjoyed it. But needs improvement.
I think the "Unconventional weapon" theme is nicely achieved.

How To Play:
You are a skunk. Do skunk things.
Raccoons and owls will attack if you get close.
Your spray shoots behind you.
Raccoons can be stunned, but owls are immune.
Controls:
Mouse to Look.
WASD / Arrows to move.
Space / Right Shift to Jump.
Left Mouse / Right Control to Spray.
R to reload level.
Esc to show menu.
Other Notes:
You can't die or run out of juice for your attack. Also there is a minor bug that allows you to temporarily slow fall, though it isn't game-breaking (that I know of).
