Color me impressed! Honestly, the aesthetics were on-point! The jumpscares don't hit as hard due to the missing jukes/psych and buildup, but ultimately I love what was done with the atmosphere. It was more story telling than horror, and I think that's a good thing. A good retelling instead of a literal resprite, the developer went the extra mile and created a deeper meaning and story. I appreciate that.

Also, seeing this reminds me that I was really lazy with my old creations when it came to spritework. This one has a lot of attention to details, even going as far as having accurate gameplay loops. I wish I had this drive when I was first making these games.
