Great game, even though this gameplay ground has been covered multiple times. There's just three things:
-lots of us still have really bad keyboards. So the ARROWS+SPACE doesn't work well for the standard GM keyboard functions. Either use ARROWS+ZXC or the keyboard_check family in a step code
-i strongly dislike it when games have the ARROWS+MOUSE as an only option. have WSAD+MOUSE as a viable option.
-a simple strafe function would be extremely nice
if you tell me when you update it, then ill change my rating.
Zone is a top-down space shooter. It has fast-paced gameplay which is simple but fun. The graphics are arcade-like and simple, yet charming. The music and sound is an uptempo group of songs and bleeps similar to old Atari games.
