0.2.1 patch for ONE_LINE

Hi everyone! New week, new devlog. I sadly don’t have any major update to the game for now. Like I said in the last devlog: had a lot of exams to go through (3 exams of 2 hours each that required a LOT of studies). At least, I did update the game, but just to add some things that I forgot for the initial 0.2.0 release. Here’s what was changed:

  • Added sound and video effects when entering a portal;

  • Added the version number under “Test Build” on the title screen

That’s pretty much it for now. I know it’s not a lot, but “cough” Cegep stuff in the way. And I got sick again… AND I still have 3 more exams this week… it hurts…

Before I go, I also want to at least give some hints on what could be in the next 0.3 update. Why hints instead of saying exactly what I plan to do? to make your mind think a bit… Here they are:

  • Go through me and get re-aligned…

  • Touch me and forget everything you did before…

I’ll be sure to at least update you once a week on what’s coming for ONE_LINE and it’s future. On that note, see you in the next update!

We're knee deep in multiple large features and "game feel". Quick peek behind the scenes in this weeks Dev Blog: https://bit.ly/2QmmaQM

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

A calm and quiet day.. Made surreal by the feeling of finding an elven building in the mountains, and wondering of its purpose and story. I built this elven style house and it was my first attempt at something like this, but what do you think?
