0.4.0 Released!


  • New stage creator to make your own maps, place objects, customize enemies, alter landscape and more!

  • Upload your maps and try get high ratings to be at the top of the list!

  • Added a new stage to  Round 1

And in the next big update you will be able to join and play online! Stay tuned!

Other improvements:

  • Buttons now multiply to match total players so everyone can participate in opening doors

  • Blinx 2 now shows enemy health when targeting an enemy

  • Bombs no longer deal damage on hit but instead when it properly explodes

  • Improved background blur effect and now shows in pause menus

  • Crystals now have the sweep vortex effect like trash

  • Items swept in trash now fade out and trash shot out now fades in

  • Added new hexagon shaped button that permanently opens timed doors

  • Can now rewind gold after its disappeared e.g. when a boss is defeated

  • Collectables no longer cast shadows

  • Trash jiggle before being swept for visual feedback

  • Menu buttons now also play sounds when highlighting with mouse

  • Improved fluidity with UI buttons

  • Pine trees swapped with palm trees in Round 3

  • Can now press buttons with your clone using rec time control

  • Input system revamped so that no inputs are missed at low frames

  • New visual to show which button connects to what door when viewing triggers

  • Shop more streamlined and should result in less bugs

  • You can now choose from three presets so you can switch to your favorite design

  • New water caustic effect in ice caves

  • New wind particles in sky world

  • Added a target the player can shoot at to open doors

  • Added a roulette machine which spits out a reward or a trap

  • Added an air spring where standing on it will shoot player into the air

  • Paused enemies now won't be given gravity effects when hit

  • Prompt UI now matches gameplay look

  • New character model when playing in Blinx 2 mode (WIP)

  • Reduced checkpoints, they are now placed midway through longer levels

  • Updated Round 1 Stage 1 & Boss Stage to use proper geometry from original game

  • Updated model of fridge trash,  Blinx 1 crystals and tom-tom doors

  • Added a new mini weight trash found in the boss stage of Round 1

  • Added new  filled barrel trash found in various stages

  • Added a new exploding barrel

  • Arrows now have a faint glowing light

  • Collectables now fall to the ground if sweeping stopped before being collected

  • Trash is now static until a player interacts

  • Decals on the ground will now warp to the geometry

  • Guns and ammo now fall from the sky during boss battles

  • Collectables that have been hit with trash now get displaced

  • Enemy blips now pulse with the radar

  • Fixed a bug where looped sounds would stop on a lag spike

  • Massive amount of tech debt removed

  • Other various improvements added and bugs fixed
