Version 1.4.0 - TDTest Mega Update:

  • Added a new map, “Loop”.

  • Greatly improved targeting.

  • Sharpshooter should now work properly on Bladesaw.

  • Octogon Shooter’s ability should no longer continue if the Octogon Shooter is sold.

  • Changed the visual placement marker slightly.

  • Pathing fixed slightly for smaller enemies on #OOF.

  • 0/x/x Aura Booster, 1/x/x Aura Booster, and 2/x/x Aura Booster no longer stacks. Also changed how Aura Booster’s attack rate buff is applied.

  • Cash Producer is no longer buffed by Aura Boosters.

  • Boss children now spawn with decreased health if the Boss parent had less than 0 health remaining.

  • Oceanic Ship can no longer be placed on fake track on #OOF.

  • Increased health ramping in Endless.

  • More than 3 Oceanic Ships can no longer appear in River Challenge #1.

  • Map Toughness renamed to Map Difficulty.

  • Changed Octogon Shooter’s ability pattern slightly.

  • Added 2x game speed (left click on start round).

  • Water tiles should now be usable when clearing every tower on screen in Sandbox.

  • Pressing Shift and Enter now triggers abilities in Robotic Mode.

  • General speed changes

    • Crossbow projectile speed decreased.

    • Cannon projectile speed decreased.

    • Oceanic Ship projectile speed decreased.

    • Machine Gun projectile speed increased.

    • Power Charger projectile speed decreased.

    • Aura Booster lane projectile speed decreased.

    • True Annihilator projectile speed decreased.

    • Enemy movement speed decreased.

  • Added Classic Mode

    • Hidden somewhere in the Main Menu.

    • Use only the first 10 towers.

    • No Ultimate Upgrades.

    • 3 difficulty types.

    • Uses v0.1.0 balance and upgrades.

  • Round Changes

    • Buffed rounds 1, 2, 3, 4, 18, 41, 44, 94, and 98.

    • Nerfed rounds 11 and 24.

  • Crossbow Changes

    • Ability (2/2/2) base tower attack rate decreased (5x -> 4x), applies a 2x attack rate buff on all other Crossbows.

    • Sporadic Reloading (Ultimate) attack rate decreased (0.13s -> 0.17s), cost reduced ($4000 -> $3000), and pierce increased (4 -> 6).

    • Ability (Ultimate) applies a 4x attack rate buff on all other Crossbows.

  • Octogon Shooter Changes

    • Ability (2/2/2) pierce increased (5 -> 8).

    • Blazing Cover (Ultimate) damage increased (3 -> 4), damage to bosses increased (3 -> 12).

    • Ability (Ultimate) damage increased (3 -> 5), pierce increased (5 -> 8).

  • Cannon Changes

    • Violent Explosions (2/x/x) damage to bosses decreased (10 -> 8).

    • Grouped Explosions (x/x/2) damage to bosses decreased (5 -> 4).

    • Grouped Explosions now do +1 damage with Violent Explosions.

    • Ability (2/2/2) damage increased (200 -> 300).

    • Bombing Range (Ultimate) can now deal damage to explosive-immune enemies.

    • Ability (Ultimate) damage increased (600 -> 900) and can now deal damage to explosive-immune enemies.

  • Oceanic Ship Changes

    • Take Down Machine (Ultimate) attack rate increased (0.75s -> 0.25s), doubles attack rate of all other Oceanic Ships, cost reduced ($15000 -> $12000), and arrow damage increased (1 -> 2), take down occurs less often (5 attacks -> 15 attacks).

  • Machine Gun Changes

    • Boss Crusher (x/x/2) can now deal damage to sharp-immune enemies.

    • Ability (2/2/2) damage increased (500 -> 750), pulse rate increased (0.5s -> 0.4s), and blast radius increased (180 -> 300).

    • Ability (Ultimate) damage increased (1000 -> 1500), pulse rate increased (0.5s -> 0.4s), and blast radius increased (300 -> 480).

  • Power Charge Changes

    • Super Charged (Advancement III) damage increased by (2/2/2 ability - 30 -> 50, Ultimate ability - 45 -> 75).

  • Aura Booster Changes

    • Sharp Shooter (x/2/x) replaced by Recharger (nearby abilities recharge 25% faster). Cost reduced from $10000 to $7500.

    • Better Projectiles (x/x/1) replaced by Sharp Shooter (works exactly like the old Sharp Shooter except projectile damage is reduced to 3 (from 5) and pierce is reduced to 10 (from 20). Attack rate is reduced to 8s (from 6s). Cost increased from $1000 to $2500.

    • Super Projectiles (x/x/2) replaced by Improved Shots (increases projectile damage to 5 and pierce to 20. Attack rate is increased to 4s. Cost increased from $3000 to $10000.

    • Super Powers (Advancement IV) increases Recharge effect to 50% when Aura Booster has its Ult upgrade.

  • Enemy Changes

    • Non-boss enemies stun cap increased (1 second -> Infinite).

    • Hard Crusher stun cap decreased (1 second -> 0.5 seconds).

    • Extreme Crusher can no longer be slowed or stunned.

    • Ultimate Crusher health increased (999,999 -> 1,500,000).
